“It is very important today for teenagers to study public policy issues and the need to expose themselves to foreign countries so they could see for themselves the working of democratic institutions. Our country needs new leaders who can find new solutions to our problems. Some of these teenagers are the ones who will lead our nation in the next decade. Some of them will be where I am today. I commended the initiatives taken in this regard by Presidential Classroom Inc USA the oldest civic education organization in America and the South Asia Representative Ananda Rajapakse for introducing this program to our country.”
